Founder and lead planner of Captivating Events and I’m so happy you are here. Captivating Events is an Indiana based wedding planning and design studio. We specialize in design-forward weddings with a distinct look and feel: celebrations that could only belong to the couple behind them, whether at a private estate, a city venue or a destination across the Midwest and beyond.
We take on a limited number of celebrations each year so that every couple has our full attention, from the first conversation through the last dance.
Our role is to know your family, your priorities and your vision well enough to make decisions on your behalf, quietly and well, so the weekend feels effortless for you and the people you love.
Full-Service Planning & Design
This package is for the couple who wants guidance from their first planning decision to the final send-off, we’re by your side bringing clarity, creativity, and thoughtful guidance to every step. We’ll shape your vision, coordinate each detail, and create a beautifully cohesive celebration that allows you to feel confident, cared for, and fully present.
Partial Planning
Partial Planning is designed for couples who want experienced support refining their vision and bringing every detail together starting a year out. We’ll guide key decisions, assist with vendor recommendations and communication, and organize the remaining logistics. With thoughtful planning, a cohesive timeline, and hands-on wedding-day coordination, we’ll ensure your celebration feels beautifully designed, well organized, and entirely your own—so you can move forward with confidence and be fully present when the day arrives.
Event Management
This package is built for the couple who has already done most of the planning and wants help crossing the finish line! What you need is a team who takes it from here: someone to tie every detail together, run point with your vendors, and be fully present on-site so you, your family, and your wedding party can simply be guests at your own celebration.
